Forklift - Safe Techniques

This course outlines basic functions for safe use.  These include:

• Traveling with and without loads.
• Lifting & placing loads.
• The Stability Triangle and how you maintain balance.
• Pre-operation inspections

Any associate that is newly hired or promoted and needs to learn how to operate an Electric Jack, Reach Truck, Highlift, or Forklift will start with this course.  Once complete, that associate will have to practice with the equipment and demonstrate to a qualified associate they can safely use this equipment.
