Deli Slicer - Basic Functions & Safe Use
This course provides a basic introduction to the deli slicer, how to use it, and how to stay safe while using it.
Part 1 reviews the parts of the slicer, how to place & remove product, and safe procedures for basic use.
Part 2 describes common problems the user may encounter and how to safely address them, lockout tagout procedures, safe cleaning procedures, distractions, complacency, and reporting an injury if one occurs.
At the end of this course, the user will have a basic understanding of how to work with the deli slicer safely to prevent any cuts or laceration injuries.
